| Fertility yoga helps improve your overall physical and emotional health. Yoga postures (asana) will focus on poses that open the pelvis and stimulate the 2nd chakra, this will help release tension and increase energy and blood flow to the reproductive organs. Relaxation techniques will be used to reduce stress as stress often goes hand in hand with fertility issues. Extreme stress levels can affect your body’s hormonal balance, leading to problems with ovulation and the menstrual cycle. You and your partner are most likely dealing with extreme levels of physical and emotional stress in your journey to get pregnant. During this 6 week program we will focus on your physical and emotional well-being and help you cope with the stress you are facing. You will learn you are not alone in your fertility journey. 1st class is a one on one 20-30 minute meeting. This will be scheduled via phone or email. |

| AYP (The Advanced Yoga Practices) is an open and integrated, eight limbed system of yoga designed to help unfold natural ecstatic radiance (kundalini). The techniques act directly through the heart, mind, body, breath and sexuality. Each class begins with a lesson in yoga philosophy, followed by a beginner asana sequence, pranayama practice and then deep meditation. Everyone is encouraged to go at their own speed in taking on new practices and much attention is devoted to developing skills in “self-pacing.” The aim of these classes is to assist every practitioner in becoming self-sufficient in yoga. This class is suitable for students new to yoga and is a prerequisite for AYP Levels II and III. |

During a Partner Yoga class, you work with another person to help assist one another in each of the postures and to move deeper into each posture; often achieving much deeper release than you could when practicing on your own. Partner yoga allows us the opportunity to really connect with another person and to be fully supported, and supportive. This style of practicing yoga can enhance your relationships with friends, lovers and yoga partners.
