About Classes

Tri- Hot

The beautiful class is practiced in a heated room allowing students to work with their flexibility, strength and balance, while the heat warms the muscles and helps to flush toxins from the body. This Class does not have a set sequence, postures and techniques are taught at the discretion of the instructor.

Tri-Hot for Beginners & Beyond

Tri-Hot for beginners & beyond moves at a gentle pace, introducing basic yoga poses (asana).
